Full-service TV and digital commercial production in Italy, delivered by ORBIS Production across Milan and Maranello.

This project featured Formula 1 drivers Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton and required a highly controlled production environment, combining studio production in Milan with automotive filming in Maranello, Italy, as well as an interview series filmed in a dedicated studio in Maranello near Ferrari HQ.

ORBIS Production handled the complete film production service in Italy, including studio setup, talent management, crew sourcing, and full technical execution. A dedicated studio environment was built in Milan, featuring private green rooms, individual grooming areas for each talent, and full craft services tailored to VIP-level requirements.

In parallel, we executed automotive filming in Milan and Maranello, working in close proximity to Ferrari headquarters. This required precise planning, controlled road access, and coordination with local authorities to achieve high-end driving visuals.

To support efficiency and continuity, we also operated a studio setup in Maranello, located near Ferrari HQ, enabling seamless transitions between interview production and automotive sequences.

Due to the profile of the talent, the production required advanced security coordination, including private security teams and collaboration with local authorities and police to ensure controlled access and smooth execution.

Our team managed the full production logistics in Italy for an international client and agency, including equipment transport, crew coordination, and scheduling between Milan and Maranello.
The production was executed under a fast-paced schedule with strict confidentiality, requiring full operational control across all locations.
