The project required a highly controlled and efficient production setup, designed for both broadcast and digital distribution under tight timelines and high visibility. ORBIS Production managed the complete production services in Italy, ensuring seamless execution across all stages.

Our scope included full pre-production, location scouting, and filming permits across Milan, with careful selection of urban environments aligned with the visual direction of the campaign. Given the public profile of the talent, the production required advanced planning to manage real-time conditions, including crowd control, restricted access areas, and coordination with local authorities.

During production, our team handled full crew sourcing, technical setup, and on-site management, operating within a fast-paced schedule while maintaining a premium visual standard aligned with FOX Sports’ global output.

A key component of the execution was managing live environments in central Milan, including controlling pedestrian flow and limiting disruptions caused by public attention and fan presence. This involved private security teams, local coordination, and strategic timing to ensure clean, controlled frames in high-traffic locations.

ORBIS Production oversaw all production logistics in Italy, including equipment, transport, scheduling, and operational coordination, maintaining full control across all moving parts of the shoot.
